Two Day (UPS Blue) Flat Rate Shipping Program 

Scientific Cutting Tools (SCT) is now offering a two day flat rate shipping program. All eligible SCT tool orders can qualify for the 2-day UPS Blue shipping program at a $15.00 flat rate.

Terms and Conditions:

• This program is for packages shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Orders must be a $100.00 Net Minimum order value to qualify.
• Only orders with freight billed as prepay and add are eligible.
  This program does not apply if the freight is billed to a third party collect account. All freight collect orders will be shipped as noted on the order and billed accordingly.
• Shipments that are outside a 2 day transit time from SCT, Simi Valley, CA via ground service are eligible for the upgrade. Shipments within a 2-day UPS ground transit time (Utah, Idaho, Arizona, California, Nevada) from SCT, Simi Valley CA are excluded from the upgrade program.
• Program includes a flat rate upgrade to 2^nd day air service only. All expedited services including overnight, early AM, and weekend deliveries are excluded.
• The Two Day Flat Rate shipping program does not include insurance. If you do not want to insure the package, please designate this on the order.

Please note: Orders sent in with disqualifying instructions are not eligible for the flat rate shipping program. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the program terms and conditions to take full advantage of the offer. No refunds, credits or adjustments for shipping costs will be made once the order has been fully processed and packaged.

Q: Are all authorized Scientific Cutting Tools distributors eligible for this program?
A: Yes. This program is offered to all of our authorized US based distributors.

Q: Do I need a special code on my purchase order to get the upgrade to 2^nd day air service?
A: No. All orders meeting the terms and conditions outlined in our Flat rate shipping program above will automatically be upgraded to 2^nd day air service and billed at the flat rate.

Q: How will my back order ship?
A: All eligible orders (including back orders) will ship 2^nd day air at the flat rate unless an expedited service is specified.

Q: Are orders designated as 3-day Select shipping able to be upgraded to the Two Day program?
A: Yes. All eligible 3-day select orders will be upgraded to the 2^nd day air service and billed at the flat rate.

Q: What if I want my order shipped via an expedited service?
A: Mark your order with the specific expedited service details. We will ship and bill the order at the normal expedited service rates.

Q: I want a shipment sent 2^nd day air, but I am within the 2 day zone for UPS ground shipments?
A: This order will be considered an expedited service and shipped and billed with standard expedited rates.

Q: Is this program offered in Canada, Mexico or Internationally?
A: No. This program is limited to domestic shipments in the contiguous US.
