Our 1/2" Diamond Insert Indexable Bars without coolant holes are ideal for heavy-duty applications where external coolant delivery is sufficient. These bars combine a rugged micro grain carbide shank with a precision heat-treated steel head to ensure strength and repeatability in demanding conditions. Each bar includes one screw and one key for easy insert installation. Inserts are sold separately. Available in both flat and round shank styles to match your tooling preferences.
