Our 1/4" Diamond Insert Indexable Bars without coolant holes offer a solid-body design for applications where internal coolant is not required. With a micro grain carbide shank and a heat-treated steel head, these bars are engineered for strength, repeatability, and accurate boring in compact setups. Each bar includes one screw and one key for quick insert changes. Inserts are sold separately. Choose from flat or round shanks depending on your tooling configuration.
