Built for steel, stainless, and other tougher materials, the SCT AS5202 Minor Diameter Kit is a matched 3-piece solution for machining the full port profile. This kit includes a DFX drill, a pilotless AS5202 porting tool, and a 15° helical thread mill, all configured to work in sequence for a more streamlined and repeatable process.
All tools in this kit are AlTiN+ coated, giving shops a stronger starting point for heat control, edge wear, and tool life in demanding ferrous applications.
