Scientific Cutting Tools’ Helical Chamfer Mills are built for high-performance chamfering with a positive high shear design that reduces cutting forces and promotes smooth finishes. The tool tip diameter is held to a ±0.002 inch tolerance, allowing for fast, accurate setups. Designed with helical flutes for enhanced chip evacuation, these tools are ideal for creating precise chamfers—however, they are not recommended for plunging countersink operations. *C is measured from the tool tip to the theoretical sharp point.
