The 15° helix angle promotes smooth cutting action and reduced vibration, while coolant to each flute ensures optimal chip evacuation and extended tool life. Made from premium submicron grade carbide for superior wear resistance, these tools are available uncoated or with AlTiN+ or Onyx DLC (ta-C) coating for higher cutting speeds in demanding applications. Ideal for internal threads only, they offer reliability and consistency in metric threading operations.
