NPSF 15° Helical Thread Mill
Our NPSF 15° Helical Thread Mills are designed for cutting NPSF and NPSI straight pipe dryseal threads with exceptional accuracy. Featuring a 15-degree helical design, these tools reduce side cutting pressure, resulting in smoother operation and extended tool life. Each thread mill is precision ground to ensure maximum concentricity, delivering consistent, high-quality threads for demanding applications. An optional AlTiN+ coating is available to enhance wear resistance, improve heat tolerance, and allow for increased cutting speeds.
