Our NPTF Straight Flute Thread Mills are designed for precision and durability in dry seal pipe thread milling applications. Featuring a crest cutting, full-profile design, these tools produce accurate NPTF threads that meet strict sealing requirements without the need for sealants. The straight flute geometry offers excellent stability during cutting, while a polished flute face enhances chip evacuation and overall performance. Made from premium submicron grade carbide, these thread mills are available with an optional AlTiN+ coating for improved surface finish, heat resistance, and extended tool life—ideal for high-performance threading in demanding environments.
