SIMI VALLEY, Calif. — May 19, 2026 — Scientific Cutting Tools, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of two new independent manufacturer representatives serving customers in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming.

Pete Petrash will represent SCT in Colorado, while Rick DeLancey, owner of Hoff Industrial Sales, will represent SCT in Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming. Together, they bring deep manufacturing experience, technical sales knowledge and regional customer support to SCT’s growing distributor and end-user network.

DeLancey’s career in manufacturing began in 1999. As owner of Hoff Industrial Sales, he has spent the past ten years supporting manufacturers across machining applications. Hoff Industrial Sales has served the manufacturing industry for more than 15 years, with experience in aerospace, medical and defense markets and solutions that include tooling, fixturing and measuring equipment.

Petrash brings more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including extensive expertise in precision engineering and cutting tool sales. Prior to joining Hoff Industrial Sales, he spent 28 years with a domestic tooling manufacturer, where he contributed to market expansion and revenue growth through sales and marketing leadership.

The addition of Petrash and DeLancey strengthens SCT’s ability to provide responsive, local support to distributors and end users across the Mountain West. Customers in the region can work with Pete and Rick for product support, application questions and coordination with SCT’s sales team.
