Featuring a straight flute design for stability and multiple cutting teeth to reduce cycle time, this tool is ideal for demanding production environments. Internal coolant channels deliver fluid directly to the cutting edges, improving chip evacuation and thermal control for enhanced tool life. Made from solid carbide for superior rigidity and durability, this thread mill is also available with an optional AlTiN+ coating to boost wear resistance and cutting performance in tough materials.
