Indexable Bars

SCT’s ACD indexable boring bars are designed for precision internal boring using 80° diamond-shaped inserts in small-diameter applications. Available in 3/16", 1/4", and 5/16" right-hand styles, these bars come in both solid and coolant-through variations to suit a wide range of setups. Each bar is built with a micro-grain carbide shank and a heat-treated steel head for strength and accuracy in tight-tolerance machining. All ACD bars ship with the appropriate AT6+ screw and flag key. Diamond inserts are sold separately and available in flat top, chipbreaker, and PCD-tipped styles for added versatility.
