SCT’s ACP-style indexable boring bars are built for performance and durability, accepting 80° diamond-shaped inserts in both 3/8" and 1/2" right-hand configurations. Choose between solid-body or coolant-through models to match your machining environment. Each bar features a heat-treated steel head mated to a precision-ground micro-grain carbide shank, ensuring stability, chip control, and reliable tool life. ACP bars are optimized for tight-tolerance internal boring and are shipped with an AT8+ screw and matching flag key. Diamond-shaped inserts are sold separately in a variety of styles, including flat top, chip control, and PCD-tipped.
